Empathy and Care for Animals at Workerservice

At Workerservice, every team shares a common care for animals — both pets and stray animals around the office. These are values we nurture in our daily work.

At Workerservice, we care not only for our clients and candidates but also for the animals that are close to us. Many members of our team share their homes with cats and dogs, informally creating two friendly groups: cat lovers and dog lovers. However, we are all united by one trait — great empathy and care for animals.

For years, we have been helping stray cats living near our office in Żory. We regularly ensure their food, care, and respond whenever they need support. This helps us build positive relationships not only among people but also with animals.

Our office is often accompanied by four-legged friends. Recently, a special visit from a dog named Aria left a strong impression on us — she stole the hearts of everyone, especially our employee Zena. Situations like this reinforce our friendly, pet-friendly atmosphere in the workplace.

We believe that contact with animals helps build empathy, teaches sensitivity, and strengthens bonds. We bring these values into both daily life and the business reality at Workerservice.
