Regulation Changes for Citizens of Colombia, Georgia and Venezuela - why employment legality is our foundation, not an add-on
Since August 22, the regulations concerning employment of citizens of Colombia, Georgia and Venezuela staying in Poland under visa-free movement have changed. We explain why this change confirms the correctness of WorkerService's approach to the legality of hiring foreigners.
Since August 22, the regulations concerning citizens of Colombia, Georgia and Venezuela have changed. Persons from these countries can no longer start work in Poland based on a work permit if the basis of their stay is visa-free movement. For persons who legally started work earlier, transitional provisions have been introduced.
Because this change illustrates something we at WorkerService have believed in for years: when hiring foreigners, you cannot think only about what is possible today. You must think about what will be safe tomorrow.
When a new, easy recruitment direction appears on the market, offers quickly follow: faster, cheaper, hundreds of workers available almost immediately. We consciously do not go this route.
We do not bring in people just because regulations allow it at a given moment and it can be done quickly. We do not build price advantage on solutions whose legal stability we are not sure about.
Legality is not an add-on to our service for us. It is its foundation. For us it means:
Regulations will change. Migration patterns will too. Our principles remain the same. We do not look for loopholes. We look for solutions we can take responsibility for.
Because a good employment agency should not only deliver a worker for tomorrow. It should ensure that the client has no problems with that worker the day after tomorrow.
