Tightened regulations for foreign workers - how WorkerService helps companies maintain legal employment

From June 2025, significantly stricter regulations on hiring foreign workers will apply, and companies using apparent outsourcing or illegal employment face high fines and inspections. WorkerService conducts regular audits at client companies, helping them organize processes and protect their business from the consequences of non-compliance with the law.

From June 2025, regulations on hiring foreign workers have been significantly tightened. Companies using apparent outsourcing or illegal employment face not only high financial penalties, but also inspections by the State Labor Inspection, Border Guard and ZUS, and as a result serious problems with continuing to run their business.

For illegal assignment of work to a foreign worker, penalties range from several to even tens of thousands of zlotys. In the case of some violations related to apparent outsourcing, sanctions may be imposed per person subject to irregularities. This is a risk that today fewer and fewer companies can afford.

Agnieszka Socha, owner of WorkerService, a lawyer by training and with twenty years of experience in business, emphasizes how important it is to ensure the safety of business operations in this regard.

Legality, safety and transparency as a priority

At WorkerService, we focus on full legality, safety and transparency of processes. Every week we conduct several audits at our potential clients, analyzing employment methods, documentation, residence and work legalization, cooperation models with subcontractors and compliance of processes with applicable regulations.

Our goal is not to find faults, but to help entrepreneurs organize processes, reduce risk and build a safe business. Often just a few changes are enough to avoid problems that during an inspection could cost a company tens or even hundreds of thousands of zlotys.

Legal employment is today a competitive advantage

Legal employment is not only an obligation resulting from regulations. It is a competitive advantage, peace of mind for the owner and safety for the entire organization.

If you have doubts about whether all processes in your company comply with regulations - let's talk. It is better to conduct an audit today than to explain yourself during an inspection tomorrow.
