Workerservice at the Gliwice Business Forum – An Inspiring Meeting for Entrepreneurs

Participation in the Gliwice Business Forum highlighted the importance of collaboration between business, local government, and organizations for regional development.

The Gliwice Business Forum is a significant event for entrepreneurs from the Silesian region, bringing together representatives from business, local government, and community organizations. It provided an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and establish valuable connections.

One of the main highlights was a presentation by Edyta Kwiatkowska-Pelizg titled "People or Numbers?" In her speech, she focused on practical aspects of building teams that are not only efficient but also success-oriented. She emphasized the importance of responsible leadership, the potential of every employee, and the role of organizational culture in achieving lasting results.

Particularly impactful were examples from Dubai and Qatar, which illustrated how crucial employee well-being is during the implementation of large investments.

The Forum demonstrated that the future and success of the region depend on courageous and forward-thinking individuals. These attendees gathered to jointly build a strong foundation for the growth of local entrepreneurship.
